The purpose of the Charan Singh Archives is to widely disseminate the life and intellectual heritage of Charan Singh and we encourage the use of this public material. We possess more archival material that is not public and we welcome those interested in Charan Singh’s thought to collaborate with us. However, no document from the website of the Charan Singh Archives including photographs, books, booklets, articles and other material - all of which is the property of the family of Charan Singh - may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form or by any means, including digital usage, photocopying, recording, or other electronic or mechanical methods, without the prior written permission of the Curator of the Charan Singh Archives, except in the case of brief quotations embodied in critical reviews and certain other noncommercial uses permitted by Indian copyright law.
