This manuscript titled the Aims and Principles of the BKD was published in 1971. Based on Charan Singh’s vision for the socio-political development of the country, it mentions various issues ailing India. It reiterates BKD’s belief in clean and efficient administration – without any delay, waste or corruption, and observance of discipline by public servants across ranks. Other issues relate to the independence of judiciary, taxation and economy, maintenance of law and order, and an alternative economic philosophy, opposed to capitalism as well as socialism.
